Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include the provided packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
